No Return Policy

Peak Laboratories does not accept returns of any products once they have been delivered. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or replacements for products purchased through our website unless the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We do not offer refunds for delivered products. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where Peak Laboratories determines that a refund is warranted due to a verified product issue or order fulfillment error.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
